Cleveland receives: Zach LaVine, Thaddeus Young and Coby White

Chicago receives: Darius Garland and Kevin Love

Why?

Cleveland adds some serious talent. LaVine was an all star, Young was fantastic off their bench and White would be a good bench piece who would complement Sexton in the backcourt very well. LaVine is an expiring but we'd acquire his bird rights, meaning we'd be able to offer him a 5 year max.

Chicago gets a promising young guard in Garland. He's a huge upgrade over what they have @ point guard. Kevin Love only has two years left starting next season so his value is neutral @ worst.
