There are a lots of szenarios I have to showcase to you, but maybe that one is the most smooth one:

And yes it would work, Mavs are only 4m over Tax and sending out Bertans to Kings it starts to work.

Ummmm, Kings are not adding Holiday to this package.

And you do know that the Hard Apron Tax line is around $6 mil over the luxury tax line? So if you are already over the tax line by $4 mil, then Dallas can only add $2 mil in salary using a S&T.

They send out approx. 32m and get back Ayton at that figure > Harkless and Holiday fit into the 10.8m TE. It would really work. Do not think Kings are a lot in Holiday if they can get the young Green and #26.
