i like this move, but i think Toronto shoul give up one extra pick.

cleveland gave up a lot for mitchell and Barnes didn't improve enough this year to be sure he's going to be a star.

I would say yes but the problem is raptors need an upgrade at pg not sg. They have Trent Jr who can score and dick. They need a pg I wouldn't chase guys like Mitchell and give up Barnes. I would give up Barnes for Shai or Murray even a Lillard or tre young would make more sense.
