Pacers want a rebuild not an older point. Waiters fits better for the trade but I still don't think that's enough.

I could potentially see Pat Riley doing an aggressive move like this. It would be better if a team like Nuggets was brought in to take Dragic and provide younger assets to go to Pacers but I think Winslow and #14 is a strong start. Its a bit of a reckless move for the Heat since they are assembling basically an entire new team from scratch and hoping it will work well enough to convince George to stay but the Heat don't have that bright of a future so this gamble may be worth the risk.

I can't imagine many teams willing/ able to beat that offer.
