TriangleO, the idea was to have a recruiter for Lebron. It's not a forgone conclusion that Lebron is going to LA. No matter the chatter until LA shows they can put together a championship caliber team, I highly doubt Lebron seriously considers going their. Wade could help and at worse he's an expiring.

Rkenne, I'm not saying I truly believe LBJ is going to the Lakers next offseason, I'm just saying that it's pointless to bring Wade over if he expects a salary above an exception level next year. They would not be able to keep him anyways if LBJ does in fact want to come, and Wade won't take a minimum. e.
