Needs to be Crowder, because with Brown, Tatum aND Hayward, he is redundant. Plus, with his contact, he is very desirable to other teams. Of course, that doesn't mean that try won't trade Bradley or Smart as well.

Crowder and Bradley for Vucevic is the move I was looking at as well. Crowder is the odd man out as far as the rotation is concerned, and he's the contract people will want. Both Smart and Bradley are up after the coming season, but Bradley is the one you'd have to move in this trade as he's the one who's contract makes the money work in this scenario. At that point, I think you move Brown into the starting lineup, and keep Smart in his role off the bench. Rozier gets more minutes, and Horford and Vucevic are your primary bigs with Zizic coming off the bench.
