The Bucks shed salary get a big upgrade center and upgrade at the back up pg for a late pick 3 years from now?

And why on earth would the Clippers consider this? This is beyond brutal for them.

@ 414stags, Take out Teodosic, and put in Sam Dekker.

And Yes, Bucks will shed salary rkeene_16.

But also, The Clippers will be getting some players to use now, and a 1st rd pick. The Clippers are going to rebuild, and can use Henson, Vaughn, Teletovic and Dellavedova to help do that, or trade them again for other pieces or picks to help do that.

The Bucks could use Jordan and even Dekker now. They don't need Teodosic for a backup PG, They have Munford, Terry, Brogdan, Kilpatrick who can all do that.

Darkside, All of those players are signed for multiple years and are who they are going to be outside of Vaughn, who in 3 years hasn't broken into the rotation. They have no value for a rebuilding team.

rkeene_16 Henson currently starts at Center for the Bucks. he make 10 Mil. a year. Teletovic is a lost cause, (31 years old, out at least 3-4 months) Dellavedova makes 9 mil a year. was the starter, then replaced by Brogdan, and now Bledsoe. Vaughn is only 21 years old. a 6'6" SG that's currently warming the bench. Dellevedova would be a backup, as would Vaughn. Henson might start? At the very least. The Clippers would finish out the season, probably no worst, than if they would keep Jordan? If the Clippers are rebuilding, what about the 24 Mil. and more that Jordan would want? They currently are looking at KAT from Minnesota, while trading Griffin? I doubt if the Wolves take it. Griffin himself is just getting back from injury. So, Yes, Milwaukee is trying to dump salary, Just like most teams in the NBA, including your Cavs.

The point I'm making is the Clippers would be better off letting Jordan expire and keeping Theodosic than take on all that salary for players that are never going to be starting caliber players and a late 1st 3 drafts from now. 20 +million dollars and Whatever they could get for Theodosic to rebuild with is a lot more attractive than a late first, Vaughn, who could be something at some point, but hasn't shown that ability yet and a bunch of dead salary.

Understood! Again, Its a salary dump for the Bucks, and nothing more. Again, Like the other teams in the league, including Cleveland. Again, Henson IS a starter, Dellavedova WAS the starter, Teletovic is a wash, and Vaughn, . Well, is Vaughn. Milwaukee doesn't need or want theodosic. Thay currently have 10 guards now. If the Clippers want anything in return, They would at least get a 1st rd pick, and players they can trade. As we both know, Its not like a lot of other teams are beating down their door to get Jordan. Cleveland is offering TT. So, Isn't that also a salary dump? OR do you consider TT on the same page as Jordan? The Clippers would want the 1st pick (Brooklyns) included. Its known, that the Cav's do not want to add it, because, they know, Jordan would help, But, Not put them over the top, especially at his salary. Then what about next year. Either the Cavs. or the Bucks would have to figure a way to get Jordan his 24 plus mil. he wants! Bottom line, The Bucks players would give the Clippers more value than Cleveland's TT.

The Cavs could give a current pick, TT, an expiring in Frye letting them take on less salary long term, and throw in Osman. They only take on 16 million long term instead of 30, keep Theodosic who has some value, get Osman who is a better prospect than Vaughn, get Tristan who is younger than anything of the role players that they get from the Bucks, and get a first this offseason rather than 3 offseason s from now. I'm not sure that offer from the Cavs gets it down, but it seems far more palatable than that Bucks offer.

I threw M Teodosic in there to check his value, I agree I like him a lot and shouldn’t be in this trade, the point is the clippers get serviceable players, with moveable contracts that can usher in a rebuild along with a pick because honestly Jordan is a half year rental at best and right now there is no way the clippers can contend in the west within the next two years.

@414stags Agreed on the half rental. And yes, The Bucks would send more serviceable players than the Cavs. TT Osman and Frye, Or Henson, Dellavedova, Vaughn, (Teletovic a lost cause, 31 yrs. old, and blood clots, will be out another 3 months. )

@ rkeene, I'm not sure that Osman is a better prospect than Vaughn currently. And isn't TT and Henson about the same age? (26)Plus the fact that TT will be bringing unwanted "baggage" with him. As far as the first this season, Who? Or wait until then need a 1st down the road, OR trade the 1st down the road/ What 1st from the Cavs could they use? It certainly won't be Brooklyns!
