Bucks get B. Lopez, J. Randle

Lakers get J. Henson, M. Teletovic (injured waive), DJ Wilson, R. Vaughn, Bucks 2nd rd pk

1.) 02 Feb 2018 15:38:16
pretty good trade but Lopez contract will be a problem.

2.) 02 Feb 2018 16:11:22
The Lakers are trying to open up cap space. This makes them take on salary. I don't see them having any interest in it.

3.) 02 Feb 2018 16:13:13
Lakers would rather have cap than marginal assets.

4.) 02 Feb 2018 16:36:03
The Bucks are also trying to open up cap space, Just like every other team, . This also makes them take on more unwanted salary. Plus, Milwaukee wants to get younger, Lopez wouldn't help with that fact. Milwaukee has interest in either D. Jordan from the Clippers, or H. Whiteside from Miami. I would look for them to try and trade "Henson, Parker, Brogdan, and picks" I would rather see D. Jordan @22 Mil. with a outgoing contract. Than, Whiteside, who is in the 2nd year of a 98 Mil. contract, Plus Whiteside seems to be a little more arrogant, and difficult to Coach.

5.) 02 Feb 2018 18:12:17
Teletovic isn't a guy you waive until his medical condition extends into next season, or maybe a decision will be made this summer about being on blood clot meds. Long-term. Then similar to what Bosh, and Miami worked out. His salary won't count against the cap. With this up in the air, it isn't hurting MIL, and he is untrade-able until this is settled.

6.) 02 Feb 2018 18:29:11
Why is Brook's salary a problem? Is this another trade posted without Salaries worked out first? His deal expires this season.

Bucks/Cavs/Hornets/Magic- East shake up

Bucks get E. Fournier, J. Crowder

Cavs get K. Walker, D. Howard

Magic get M. Dellavedova, T. Thompson, Bucks future 2nd rd pk

Hornets get I. Thomas, J. Henson, N. Vucevic, Cavs '18 1st rd pk.

1.) 30 Jan 2018 23:00:38
I don't like it for the Magic.

2.) 30 Jan 2018 23:18:00
A low first, two bench guys and a free-agent-to-be Thomas won't get Walker to the Cavs, let alone Walker and Howard. But it would be fun to see the look on James's face when Howard starts joking around on the court.

3.) 30 Jan 2018 23:47:31
@414stags, So, The Bucks give up Dellavedova, Henson, and a 2nd rd pick, for Fournier, (The Bucks currently have 10 guards, At least 4 that are better than Fournier) and a backup in Crowder? What is it with you guys and always taking for the Bucks, and giving crap in return? How About, 3rd string SG R. Vaughn for L James straight trade? Send 40 yr old J Terry to the Hornest for D. Howard, Plus the Hornets 1st rd pick for the next 5 years! Makes just about as much sense! Thanks for the laugh!

4.) 31 Jan 2018 01:44:13
Why would the Magic ever do that?

5.) 31 Jan 2018 01:48:55
I think Bucks would do that in a heartbeat.

6.) 31 Jan 2018 03:00:44
Darkside, Crowder and Fornier are far better players than Delly and Henson. If you think this is bad for the Bucks, you're delusional.

7.) 31 Jan 2018 04:50:44
1) bucks are playing well
2) they would have no Center
3) why would the Cavs try to make any move to help the Bucks?

8.) 31 Jan 2018 10:57:46
Sure. Magic give up a starting shooting guard and center, for a 3rd string pg, another overpriced center (we already have one), and a late 2nd. Oooh tantalizing. To top it off you give up nothing and get 2 starters. Imagine that.

9.) 31 Jan 2018 15:17:31
@rkenne_16 You think Crowder is better than Henson? HA HA HA! A 6'8" Backup PF/ C? Fournier U-S-E-D to be a good player. He usually gets pulled when they need actual scoring! Again, another backup player. What happened rkenne_16? I doubt if Howard or Walker want to come to the "Lebron Cavs.! " Sorry to hear about Love, How about getting Fournier to fill in for him? OR maybe, Just maybe, The Bucks can send 40 year old J. Terry and 3rd string SG R. Vaughn for the Brooklyn 1st rd. pick that the Cavs have? then one of them can fill in for Love? OR how about putting T. Lue back in as a player? Everyone knows he was a better player than a Coach, And, That ain't saying much! Enjoy your day, and keep on trying!

29 Jan 2018 13:50:36

Bucks get T. Chandler, J. Crowder, a pick

Suns get R. Vaughn, T. Thompson, I. Shumpert

Cavs get G. Monroe, M. Dellavedova, J. Parker

1.) 29 Jan 2018 14:10:02
The Bucks say No! Why would Milwaukee want an old aging Center and his big contract? Crowder is now a backup, "A Pick? " Can't understand why everyone is screwing the Bucks, and giving them crap back? How about, Send Vaughn to the Cavs. for L James?, Then send J. Terry (at 40 years old) to Phoenix for Booker? Oddly enough, The Bucks Like all other teams are trying to get younger, and also move big contracts! Geez 414stags, You sure do come up with some wild ones!

26 Jan 2018 14:19:06

Bucks get Z. Randolph

Kings get M. Teletovic(injured waive), R. Vaughn and 2nd Round pick

1.) 26 Jan 2018 17:38:49
Why would the Bucks want a 36 year old with a 2 year contract worth 24 Million, and give up a 21 year old making 2.5 million, PLUS a pick, and an injured player, who makes 10 million a year? I doubt if the Bucks OR the Kings would go for it. Milwaukee like ALL other teams are trying to Dump Big salaries and players, NOT bring on aging Veterans WITH big Contracts! Teletovic, (32) and J. Terry (40) are currently the oldest players the Bucks have. Everyone else is under 28 years old.

2.) 26 Jan 2018 17:40:22
Teletovic is likely a non-cap hit salary next season. Vaughn expires, so Randolphs' extra season might be a hindrance. Would help now though.

3.) 26 Jan 2018 18:41:06
@ jorgawood. Understandable, problem is, ZBo is making 12 mil a year. Pretty much the same as Henson. who is 8-9 years younger. Also, just where would Milwaukee play him? Henson, Maker, are both PF's playing Center. D. J. Wilson is a 6'10" PF who was drafted 10th in the 1st. rd and can't get any PT. He's been sent to the G league 5 times now. Plus if Parker does come back, Then again, Where would they play ZBO? At Center? If that's the case, Milwaukee should send Vaughn and a 2nd. rd pick to GS for 28 yr old J McGee, Next cut J. Kidds pal J Terry (40 yrs old) or trade him to Dallas so he can finally retire there, and sign FA A. Bogut. The Bucks currently have 2 exceptions. a 3.5 mil. and a 5 mil. Use either one on Bogut. What Milwaukee should have done a couple of months ago, was send Vaughn and a 2nd rd pick to Philly for 21 year old, 6'11" 265 lb. Center J Okafor!

4.) 26 Jan 2018 19:20:15
DarkSide, No doubt it is a next season salary hindrance, and delays Makers development, and if Parker comes back would put Maker, or Randolph completely out of the rotation likely. They would still need to add Bogut, Mcgee, or? The Okafor pass is questionable considering Bogut, and Mcgee are all that is left. Is that why Kidd was axed? Maybe NY is going to be agreeable with something involving Willy? Right now NY is asking too much for a guy they don't play.

5.) 26 Jan 2018 20:32:01
Agreed jorgawood. But Zbo is a Nogo, As far as Okafor. Mwukee stated he was "Option B" Well, the nets made him "Option A". So, Either the Bucks auction the farm for D. Jordan, or sign McGee or Bout. And true, There isn't much left, unless you consider H. Whiteside from Miami? Then again, You would have to auction the farm. Kidd was going to be fired last year. But was saved by one of the owners. Very good player, but very poor coach. Prunty is the Coach for the remainder of the season. Then again, he's a J. Kidd clone who came with Kidd from the Nets. I would like to see one of the following, ;. Becky Hammon from SA where She's currently an asst. (Plus led their Summer league to a championship) Or, David Fizdale, or Monty Williams, The latter former Head Coach's. My preference (Not that it counts) would be Becky Hammon, after working under SA for the last 3 years, with "Popovich" she would bring fresh ideas, to the Bucks, and their new arena next year. I also agree about NY and Willy. The Bucks have stated any trade "WILL" involve R. Vaughn! They should have never drafted him, and should have taken Bobby Portis when the had the chance.

6.) 26 Jan 2018 21:24:25
DarkSide, Hammon would be an experiment in the least, and huge media/ team distraction for awhile until she is successful, or fails. Fizdale is coming off a job where he made a very public, and reported Kidd-like mistake. With a city/ team icon.

I'm leaning towards someone to take a young team with potential into the playoffs without a distraction other than what the team generates on its own. (just had a Buck double parking in handi-cap spaces and getting tasered by the cops) .

Really? A scrub no less! I'm playing it safe. Monty is a stable guy with no known drama. Maybe there will be others come summer. Scott Brooks might be available if WAS keeps losing.

7.) 27 Jan 2018 00:56:14
@ jorgewood. I would give Hammon the nod over Fizdale And I agree about him being another Kidd. You are right about Sterling Brown being tasered. That area is also a know "drug" area. What Pro player goes to a Walgreens at 2:00 in the morning? He parked acroos two spots, and the police were checking out why he had parked that way. he got "Rowdy" and paid for it. Hopefully it will come what happened, and the Bucks will take the right steps. I do like Monty Williams, and yes, No drama. Who really knows? But, Hopefully M Jackson isn't one of the finalist, Or Van Gundy!

23 Jan 2018 19:06:39

Charlotte gets J. Henson, M. Dellavedova, R. Vaughn

Milwaukee gets D. Howard

1.) 23 Jan 2018 20:43:33
It's not bad, but I have a feeling CHA really likes Howard. A really solid big man like Henson plus late 1st is what CHA I'm guessing values him at. He's putting up D. Jordan #'s right now.

2.) 23 Jan 2018 21:53:27
@ jorgawood, Agreed! The Bucks had a chance to get Center J. Okafor from the 76ers for a 2nd. rd pick. but stated he will be our "second option" while waiting for D. Jordan. well, the Nets picked him up about a month ago. So, Woulda, Shoulda Coulda, Didn't work, Now, They still want Jordan, But the Clippers want, Henson, Brogdan, Maker, and a 1st pick. The Bucks could have also picked up, Center, Javale McGee from GS, for a 2nd rd pick and Vaughn, They again passed, waiting for Jordan. they currently can sign Bogut who is a FA, and again are waiting? Kidd is gone, Now, they need a big and a coach! Some are saying Monty Williams? some are saying David Fizdale, there is even mention of Becky Hammon (Spurs Current Asst. Coach) First Woman Coach. But, as far as Howard, Agreed, he is putting up very good numbers, But at what price for the Bucks, and what about next year?

3.) 24 Jan 2018 00:21:44
No on Hammon, call me sexist, but I don't feel a female head coach belongs trying to corral huge grown men. It just doesn't work. I love women, but really? Fizdale no way. He purposely lost a game to get into a pissing contest with Gasol? What is up with that? When they just lost Conley no less, and were struggling. J. Van Gundy, and Monty are cool. Stackhouse is rumored as well. Those 3 are intelligent, and firm, and respectful of players. Mark Jackson is rumored to push his personal agendas on others. So, no on him as well. I like Mcgee, and Bogut to finish out the season. Howard would be great, just don't see a realistic deal for either teams interests. Like LAC. Kidd's assistant is well liked, and could do a fine job till summer.

I threw M Teodosic in there to check his value, I agree I like him a lot and shouldn’t be in this trade, the point is the clippers get serviceable players, with moveable contracts that can usher in a rebuild along with a pick because honestly Jordan is a half year rental at best and right now there is no way the clippers can contend in the west within the next two years.

What big man is available that could be traded for to help fuel the bucks run for a price that makes sense?
