@ judahnunn your right it was a long shot idea. Lillard plays 2 mostly anyway. Pierce said he was going to play shroeder and young together. Lillard is a terrible facilitator thought it would give young a shot at being Steve Nash. 42% shooting shows lillard takes too many shots and the rondo/ holiday double teams pushed him towards the sidelines and out of games in the playoffs. Blazers really need a good wing and big guy to get double doubles consistently. Preferably an 18/ 10 - 20/ 10 guy to get out of 45-50 win purgatory.

When does Lillard ever play 2? Maybe 2-5 minutes a game when Napier was in with him and mccollum?

@bmiller66 When you shoot 30+ shots a game are you really facilitating and a pg? I would deal lillard before McCollum. McCollum was considerably more efficient in the 4 games against the pelicans and I think could work to be a better facilitator. Lillard turned the ball over and ball movement stopped on offense when he was pinned on the sideline and top corner of 3 point line by pels double team. Didn't happen to McCollum because he is slightly bigger primarily and a better passer under pressure. Blazers were shell shocked. Re-Watch the series. See for yourself, and tell me lillard is great at setting up the offense and McCollum didn't play more and more of a role eluding the double teams and making a better pass out of them by bringing the ball upcourt each game by game 4. It happened and the blazers were caught off guard. The blazers have no money to spend so c. j. Or lillard has to go to get further down the line. My pick is McCollum to stay because I think he has the potential to be a better passer and facilitator and lillard after getting voted to all nba might garner a better package and deliver a good wing or double double big man. Nurkic didn't hold his own either in that series. Good for nurkic but not good enough for blazer needs.

I think the value is fair but I don't think the hawks would make this win-now move since they are at the beginning of their rebuild.

Watch more than 4 games Btec. McCollum isn't much of a passer. He was more efficient during that series becaseu the defense spend 100% of their time removing Lillard from the game. They forced McCollum to beat them, and he couldn't.

Over the last 3 years, Lillard has been the better, more efficient player, and the better facilitator. 4 games don't change that.
