I don't think the pick swaps are necessary but I like the value for 76ers. If I were them I'd be fine doing just Noel and Covington for Clarkson. Wouldn't be a bad move for Lakers either as they could open a spot for their draft pick to play sg and also get a young defensive center to complete their young core. I think Monk would be perfect pick for the 76ers and he should be available 6-8 range.
