I like this for both sides.

Magic get a star and Cousins has a coach who can handle big personalities.

Kings get Gordon whose still really young and if used at Pf can be really effective partnered with WCS could be similar to a clippers Frontcourt athletically.
Hezonja hasn't played much and still has a lot of talent if given the chance to prove it.
Green is expiring and gives them the option to trade Gay for more pieces.
Having another pick in 2017 would be good as theirs loads of pg, sf, sf/ pf so they could land Potentially a star but build a young well rounded team quickly. The future pick will only help them especially if Cousins, Ibaka don't resign.
Cousins maybe a star but his on court and locker room troubles and coach worries knock his stock this is potentially a better deal then the Dwight deal and Dwight was on a solid playoff team.

I like this trade
Herzonja could become the new Stojakovic :-)
and A Gordon brings entertainment to Sacramento.

Cousins, Biyombo, Vucevic, Ibaka is a crowded front court.

If I'm Sacramento I wouldn't be happy with that offer. The two prospects both have considerable upside but they are equally likely to never amount to nothing. If I'm dealing a young top 20 player in the league I'd want a more surefire prospect (Think Love was able to get Wiggins) . The draft pick seems to be a fringe lottery pick.

Magic are loaded in the frontcourt already and with Cousins, Vucevic, Ibaka and Biyombo more moves would have to be made to better balance out that roster which has many holes.

Love doesn't have any baggage that Cousins does, teams who have a load of picks and young players won't take on Cousins unless their Coach is willing to and let's face it he has to be with the right coach I think Voge is 50/ 50 he could be very good in the way he has a firm but fair approach like malone and Cousins liked malone but he's defence driven which might cause problems as Cousins isn't Defencive driven. Kings want way more then what people are willing to give up some teams will jus wait it out as he ain't got long left on his contract.
