Philly receives Harris, Dallas 2017 1st

Harris is declining, 33 years, and has two years remaining. Dallas starts rebuild with Barnes and Okafor.
Philadelphia is not taking a huge contract and could get a decent pick.

Harris is not better than Okafor, but I don't see the Mavs giving up their first this year, which should be in the Top 10.

So philly is giving their pick next year and oakfor for Harris and a probably top the pick this year. Doesn't seem like a win to me for either team. Dallas need that pick and get some actually talent on that team. Philly need their pick next year just in case it tank five for them.

Dallas pick this year could be 8-14 so good value for Philly. The pick next year will most likely be 18 or higher. Dallas is just starting their rebuild so Okafor and the 1st and 2nd picks make sense.
