1 championship does not make a Super star, a legend. When he has 3 or 4 rings, maybe.

Durant won't leave GSW if they win, why would he. He'll have a chance to win multiple titles there.

That's true Tri, but I'm still trying to figure out what makes Durant tick. Does the multiple championships thing matter? Does his ego care if they're really his championships or if he's no different than a guy like Richard Jefferson on the Cavs. ie, a guy who made an impact, but the team could have done it without him. Does he go the LeBron route, where he has his "easy" ring out of the way to cement his legacy as a champion, so he goes for a challenge? Or is he just having fun with that group of guys and wants to continue the party?

At this point, no move Durant makes would surprise me. He could go to a team that's close to the top like Boston, and push them over? Or even crazier, go to Washington with those expectations like LeBron's second Cleveland stint? He could try to start at the bottom with a group of kids like Phoenix or Philly. Or he could blow everyone's mind and sign with OKC for next to nothing to try to win the fans back over, and be content with one ring and a nice life there. Or he stays. Literally the only place I see him not going is Cleveland. just about anything else wouldn't surprise me at all.

Hahaha sixers get nothing at all. Why do that deal?

The 8th pick is nothing at all?!?!?

I can't imagine Durant goes to NY. The biggest reason is that, is that team even a top 4 team in the east? They're definitely not better than the Cavs or Boston. And even without Durant, GS is much better than that NY team. And SA and Houston are probably better.

Bruh Knicks don't even have early anymore he got cut. Plus the scenario is not too realistic. Knicks say no 8th pick can get you Smith Jr or Monk possibly, much more valuable than the other picks.

NYK's deal the 8th pick and a chance to add a rather valuable player for a handful of mid 2nd rd picks? Isaiah Thomas isn't calling the shots for them anymore so I believe their tendency for making bonehead trades and/ or transactions has halted. Plus NY looking to acquire additional 1st rd pics not trade out of it.
