Trade #1

Cleveland - Denver

Cleveland trades: Collin Sexton and Tristan Thompson

Denver trades: Jamaal Murray and Gary Harris

Why for Cleveland? Acquire two talented guards that still have room to grow. They could be our backcourt of the future.

Why for Denver? Sexton gives them their point guard of the future. Thompson is added for salary purposes.

Trade #2

Cleveland - Oklahoma City

Cleveland trades: Jordan Clarkson and J. R. Smith

Oklahoma City trades: Steven Adams and Kyle Singler

Why for Cleveland? Upgrade their center position; Adams is an underrated big and fits perfectly next to Love. Singler could be a backup combo forward.

Why for Oklahoma City? They get a starting calliber shooting guard in Clarkson. Smith is added for salary purposes.

Cleveland starting line-up
PG: Jamaal Murray / George Hill
SG: Gary Harris / Kyle Korver
SF: Cedi Osman / Sam Dekker / Kyle Singler
PF: Kevin Love / Larry Nance / Channing Frye
C: Steven Adams / Ante Zizic.

They’re both bad for the other team

Denver gives up 2 proven players that could potentially be allstars at some point. The Cavs would be happy if Sexton was that good.

OKC laughs at the 2nd one. Adams is a top 15 center. Clarkson isn’t good and Smith is just a contract that could be used to dump cap space.

Thanks for the post Cleveland homer!

Sexton may or may not end up being as good as Murray, and Thompson for Harris is just a joke.

Why would OKC need Clarkson with Schroder in town, and why would the Thunder give up Adams, who is key to their defensive success for a selfish, streaky shooter in Smith?

I realize murray and Harris aren't all stars but they are high end nba players. Sexton is a gamble, and Thompson is overpaid.

OKC laughs and hangs up the phone! The only way they move Adams is for a star example Davis. He is under rated and not valued as much as he should be. He is the best offensive rebounder and if not the toughest, one of the toughest strongest players in the NBA. And he can defend the wing for an example look back at a rockets game he hangs with Harden and Paul and in the playoffs that will be very important.
