There is no way that Boston even considers giving up Brown, Rozier, the possible second overall pick and Memphis's No. 1 for three players who wouldn't start and might not even play significant minutes.

Rozier is good, not great, certainly not a franchise cornerstone. He will want way too much next off-season, so trade him now while Phoenix is high on him. Brown is really good, but not even as good as Tatum is. Brown may not be in the Celtics future plans, Tatum is hands down. Vucevic would start at the 5. Boston's starting five would be:
Vucevic
Horford
Tatum
Hayward
Irving

That's a great starting 5.

There is no logic in this trade. Simmons and Vucevic together aren’t guaranteed to land you a lottery pick. They’re average starters at best. Fournier has negative value. You somehow have that landing Orlando 2 lottery picks and one of the best young wing players in basketball. Brown is absolutely in Boston’s future unless they need him to get an elite young big. It’s not like he and Tatum can’t play together and it’s not ridiculous to say that he could be better than Hayward as soon as this year.

I think nodrainer logic about Rozier being the greatest cornerstone of the team is absolutely ludicrous.
Rozier will be traded at some point, because they would never consider giving him a max contract.

Oldskool. no way the Celtics are trading Brown.
Un less it's Davis or Towns, the Celtics will stand pat and try tto ride this team to the finals. Although, they may add a minor piece like a Korver.

Trades are not 1 dollar you mostly get 50 cents other teams have to budge and we’ll they'll have to pay brown Rozier Kyrie and taytum soon with the heyward n Horford contract it’ll be tough.
