K. Dunn for T. Rozier.

1.) 26 Jun 2018 08:01:57
I would add a player or pick from Chicago. Rozier has demonstrated far more ability.

2.) 26 Jun 2018 08:10:32
Why would the bulls do this.
Rozier had a good playoff run, but Dunn had a good year. And he's on a rookie contract for three extra years.

3.) 26 Jun 2018 11:31:35
Because Rozier has a higher ceiling. Dunn has not played anywhere the level of where he was drafted (4th pick? ) . Maybe he played well, buT Rozier came of age in the playoffs.
That ssid, I hate this deal.

4.) 26 Jun 2018 12:14:57
Here goes C’s fans again. Rozier is a very nice young player, but Dunn has more upside as a playmaker, and defender. Also, for those who say Dunn can’t shoot, his second year line of .429/ .321/ .730 is actually better than Rozier’s year two line (.367/ .318/ .773).

With an extra contract year as well, I keep Dunn over Rozier.

5.) 26 Jun 2018 13:28:09
Opinions seem split on which team is getting ripped off, maybe that’s an indicator of a fair deal. Good job.

6.) 26 Jun 2018 13:29:12
Triangle- Dunn is gone in Chicago. Watch.

7.) 26 Jun 2018 16:33:24
@ shiller41 I heard there was a list of anonymous bulls some not so anonymous that don't care for hoiberg. Dunn is probably one of them.

8.) 26 Jun 2018 18:27:14
It seems like a lateral move. I don't think anyone is better off or worse, but unless Chicago has some kind of problem with Dunn, they should just keep him. The extra year of rookie money is really the difference between the 2 in my mind and Dunn has that.

9.) 26 Jun 2018 19:18:37
@rkenne the 3 ball is a major difference between the 2. Rozier came alive as a starter in the playoffs, you think Dunn would have played that well and gotten the celts to the east finals? I don't see it.

Magic: Terry Rozier, Robert Williams III and Celtics 2019 1st rd dp

Celtics: Mo Bamba.

1.) 23 Jun 2018 17:46:39
Williams is a project but would much rather keep him then have Mo. C's would be giving up way too much in my opinion.

2.) 23 Jun 2018 18:00:54
Williams is jarred Sullinger 2.0. Celtics are very good, the 2019 #1 will be between picks 25-30, not much value. Rozier is a nice young point guard. Mo Bamba could be an absolute stud. i'm willing to hold onto him if i'm the Magic. They need a stud, not a good pg and 2 late first rounders. Magic say No.

3.) 24 Jun 2018 10:22:10
Jvpug, Sullinger wasn't athletic. Williams is a beast, just needs coaching.

30 Jan 2018 03:18:12
Celtics: Vucevic

Magic: Baynes, Morris, LAC pick (2019, lottery protected)

26 Jan 2018 09:43:25
Magic: Smart, Morris, Nader and the LAC 2019 1st rd pick (lottery protected)

1.) 26 Jan 2018 13:37:01
You are living in an alternate universe if you think that the Celtics would trade two rotation players and the LA pick for Vucevic. Maybe Morris OR Smart, but that's it.

2.) 26 Jan 2018 14:17:02
It’s not the LAL pick, but the lottery protected LAC pick, which doesn’t have a ton of value. I’m a Celtics fan and would love this deal for the Celtics. It’s not a given that the Cs will sign Smart next year and Vucevic is signed for another year at a reasonable cost.

3.) 26 Jan 2018 15:03:16
I think it's equal value,
But Boston needs a better defender when they lose Smart And Orlando woud want a better draft pick for trading Vucevic.

4.) 26 Jan 2018 15:29:07
This is a tough one to get done Vucevic is a great option for Boston who could mostly use his Rebounding and his scoring touch also his defencive limitations will be hidden within their overall good team defence. But Boston like to win deals so theyed never offer a big package for him and not what Orlando would want anyways as Orlando would want young players or proven pieces which currently are part of Boston’s Big picture and Boston will probably try for the finals and address their weaknesses in the off-season after they see how they do in the playoffs.

5.) 26 Jan 2018 15:31:39
BHC -- My error.
But I still would not do that -- although I do like Vucevic. And I think the Celtics will keep all their draft picks so they can pounce in the unlikely event Davis wants out of New Orleans.

6.) 26 Jan 2018 17:23:31
Vucevic would be a good piece for Boston. Not overpaid, long term value. Pick is late, Smart will likely find a home somewhere else.

7.) 26 Jan 2018 19:58:01
I think Vucevic could play defense in the Boston system his points and rebounding could really help. Marcus Smart is a great defender and his offensive has improved not sure his salary price range next year .

23 Sep 2017 04:02:31
Abdel Nader for Lucas Nogueira or Jakob Poeltl

Nader was D-League ROY last season and has some upside (so does Nogueira and to a lesser extent Poeltl), but the Cs need size and the Raptors have a surplus of bigs who all need time.

Avery Bradley for Andrew Wiggins straight up.

20 Oct 2016 01:46:06
Sixers: Nets 2018 pick, fillers (any combination of James Young, RJ Hunter, Jonas Jerebko, Ben Bentil. or even all of them, should Philly want it)

Celtics: Okafor.

1.) 20 Oct 2016 16:42:40
I personally don't even think that starts the conversation on Okafor from a Philly standpoint. Might start conversations about Noel but not Okafor.

2.) 21 Oct 2016 17:33:40
Boston has made it clear it wants a top-15 player for either of the Nets picks. Okafor is barely top 15 in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference.

21 Jul 2016 01:48:30
Celtics sign Larry Sanders and contend.

That's it.

1.) 21 Jul 2016 02:02:37
What if they renounce their rights to Tyler Zeller and then sign Jr Smith to add shooting and fill the hole at backup shooting guard?

2.) 22 Jul 2016 11:27:22
Why not go with McGee?

If the Celtics trade Smart, and I really think they will, it won’t be to Cleveland.
