Three trade proposal:

Pacers receive Bogdanovic and Huerter
Hawks receive Brogdon and #60.

Pacers receive Bridges, #56 and #57 picks.
Hornets receive Turner.

Pacers receive #23 pick.
Rockets receive J. Lamb.

Warren/Brisset/
Bridges/Holiday/Martin
Sabonis/Bitadze/
Bogdanovic/Huerter/Sumner
Levert/McConnell/ A. Holiday

Re-sign TJ McConnell for $8.5M x 3yrs?

Possible draft picks at #13 and #23 are F. Wagner PF, and U. Garuba PF/C.

Rebuild and Reload. No need to try and get a big time free agent which won't come to Indy anyway. Also, can sell second round picks or package them for a player. Can even use them for extra 2 spots if allowed again and 2-way players.

Tickets not trading picks for Lamb.

2.) 09 Jun 2021 20:03:47
I think Hawks are happy with SG combo.

3.) 09 Jun 2021 20:16:33
Why would the Rockets do that?

4.) 09 Jun 2021 20:31:53
Hawks and Hornets both say no.

5.) 09 Jun 2021 21:56:13
Rockets* jesus.

6.) 10 Jun 2021 01:59:37
Hornets might consider or replace bridges with Hayward and add lamb.

Reports have Charlotte in hot pursuit of Myles Turner. If I am Indy here is my trade proposal:

Pacers Receive: C. Zeller, P.J. Washington and 2021 first.

Charlotte Receives: M. Turner, A. Holiday, 2021 second via Mil.

With Ball out now they cannot really afford to move Grahm, and Holiday gives them some additional depth. i know Charlotte fans will not like the idea of giving up that first round pick but that is the only way the Pacers do this.

Does Marvin Bagley and a lottery protected first (converts to 2 seconds if not conveyed) for Turner work for you?

2.) 22 Mar 2021 21:18:59
Is the report true that some GM's don't value Bagley?

3.) 22 Mar 2021 23:25:47
Bagley has hardly any value right now.

Deadline trade in February:

Pacers receive Jerami Grant

Pistons receive Myles Turner + Pick and or picks, or TJ McConnell or E. Sumner.

I believe that this type of trade would put the Pacers in the top tier area of the NBA. But, would the Pistons be willing to do it?

Warren/McDermott
Grant/J. Holiday
Sabonis/Bitadze
Levert/Lamb
Brogdan/A. Holiday

Pretty good second unit also (IMO)!

this trade can help pacers but I think turner has more value than grant.

Trade 1: Pacers/Kings

Pacers: Hield, Holmes, #35 pick
Kings: Turner, Lamb

Trade 2: Pacers/Raptors

Pacers: Powell, Anunoby
Raptors: Oladipo

Trade 3: Pacers/Clippers

Pacers: J. Green
Clips: Leaf, #54 pick

Warren/J. Green/
Anunoby/McDermott/J. Holiday
Sabonis/Holmes/Bitadze
Hield/Powell/Sumner
Brogdon/A. Holiday/McConnell

Finalize roster with #35 Pick.

I'm ok with trades 2 and 3 but not 1. Can't get excited about Hield on Pacers.

2.) 22 Oct 2020 22:16:45
Overpay for Oladipo.

3.) 22 Oct 2020 22:58:28
Maybe slightly Darry but it’s abt right. Maybe add McConnell or A. Holiday if they lose FVV.

4.) 23 Oct 2020 00:29:31
The value for Oladipo that most Raptors fans want is FVV and a 1st at the absolute most. Now Powell is about equal to if not slightly worse than FVV in terms of trade value and Anunoby's floor is Covington and his ceiling is Kawhi.
(OK that last bit was homer but still)

5.) 27 Oct 2020 08:23:06
I think the Raptors will try and "reload" vs rebuild. I think they will re-sign FVV and try to move Lowry. I agree that OG has a lot of potential but his floor can not be Covington as he hasn't even reached that level yet. His defense is really progressing but his offense? He raised it from 7.8 ppg to 10.6 ppg. A far far cry from Kawhi! I would like to see the Pacers get him mainly because of his "D".

10 Oct 2020 20:11:53
If Pacers keep Oladipo:

GSW: Turner, #6 Pick
ATL: Wiggins, 2021 1st (Minn.)
IND: #2 Pick

LAC: Leaf, 2nd rnd Pick
IND: J. Green

Toppin/Green/
Warren/McDermott/J.Holdiday
Sabonis/Bitadze
Oladipo/Lamb/Sumner
Brogdon/A. Holiday/McConnell

If they sign Toppin last they should be able to pay Holiday more than the "room" MLE I think. Fill the remainder with Vet. Min.

Don’t think the Hawks will have enough cap space to absorb Wiggins’ contract like that.

2.) 11 Oct 2020 04:33:48
I don't think gsw will give 2 first round picks for turner.

3.) 12 Oct 2020 04:07:13
The Hawks have cap to get any player they want in a trade. But they still have to give up more like Huerter or Reddish.

I agree that the Turbonis experiment needs to end. I also believe Sabonis will be kept because both Nate McMillan and Nate Bjorkgren ran the offense through him.
This trade proposal takes a bad Indy defensive team and makes it worse IMO.
Also, the reason Turner blocked so many shots per game this past year is partly because M. Brogdon couldn't keep anyone in front of him. They had to start McDermott a lot due to injuries but even on his best night Dougie McBuckets gets a D- on defense.

I think that I like the Turner for Grant trade. Yes Grant is having an exceptional offensive year on a bad team! Turner's offense isn't as good as Grants but Turner's Rim Protection is undervalued. Even when he isn't blocking shots there are many times he is altering them. The Pacers need to get much better keeping guys in front of them. Sometimes I think the wing players take it for granted that Turner is back there to cover for them!

Rockets apparently want to dump salary. Plus everyone here in the Indy area still say that Victor wants to play in Miami. The Rockets had to be aware of that before the trade.

The Heat doesn't have a need for Turner.

Cap has been set at $109.1M. T-wolves only have around $14.5M in cap space.
