Dallas / Cleveland / Oklahoma City

Dallas gets Chris Paul
+1 on the Trade Machine and a future 2nd Round pick from OKC for taking Paul's contract.

Cleveland gets Adams, Gallarini, and Muscala from Thunder and Lee from Dallas - No Change to the Trade Machine

Thunder gets Thompson, Clarkson, Nance Jr, and Henson from the Cavs and Hardaway from the Mavericks.
-4 Wins from the Trade Machine

Future 1st Round Pick from the Cleveland (Negotiable)

1.) 02 Dec 2019 14:45:02
Swap Nancejr and Knight.

2.) 02 Dec 2019 15:37:20
Again, why does Cleveland risk losing their 1st rounder by getting better? And give up another first rounder on top of it.

3.) 02 Dec 2019 15:40:12
Why does Dallas want Paul?

4.) 02 Dec 2019 23:48:41
Obvious Cleveland and/or Dallas fan. OKC is only a game out of the playoffs. Teams will have to pay for OKC players, regardless.

Detroit / Oklahoma City

Gallinari and Roberson to Detroit
for ...

Blake Griffin, keep Chris Paul

74 Million off the books when Paul and Griffin contracts expires; and Thunder gets 2022 1st Round Pick and Detroit gets 2 future 2nd Round picks from OKC.

1.) 26 Nov 2019 16:14:20
Wait, you think Detroit is sending a first to swap Griffin for Gallo and Roberson? Really? Like you really think that's a realistic trade?

2.) 26 Nov 2019 16:42:04
:-) :-) :-)

3.) 26 Nov 2019 17:44:13
Picks for salary dumps only apply if the player being dumped has no value. Griffin is a borderline All-Star.

4.) 26 Nov 2019 17:52:34
Griffin is an current all star and all NBA selection. He's not just a borderline all star. He was voted one of the 15 best players in the NBA last year! (or close to it, I know position plays a part in that) .

Off the topic of your value of Griffin being wildly offbase, I also think that the idea of brining Blake and Paul back together would be a trainwreck. They didn't like each other.

But I seriously think that OKCFAN should respond to the thinking of this. Some kind of argument for their logic, cause I see none.

5.) 26 Nov 2019 23:22:29
He WAS all-NBA, All-star. Doubt he gets that this year as Siakim has passed him this year at his position.

6.) 28 Nov 2019 09:39:28
Not a chance. Griffin is loved bc he played at OU, but Thunder need to not overpay for an oft-injured player. They only took Paul on bc of the numerous picks/ swaps they received from Houston in the Westbrook trade.

Portland / Oklahoma City

Portland gets Gallarini and Muscala

Oklahoma City gets Bazemore and Little with Blazers 2020 1st Round Pick.

1.) 13 Nov 2019 14:27:17
Get this done yesterday for both teams!

2.) 13 Nov 2019 16:49:43
Really Portland could use a defensive minded center I think gallo and Nerlens there saying Nurkic may not even be back this year

3.) 13 Nov 2019 17:02:24
I doubt they move Noel. He’s playing fantastic and super cheap. I’d rather move Adams at this point.

4.) 13 Nov 2019 18:57:45
I can't see giving up (basically) two firsts for Gallo and Muscala. Maybe swap Little with Trent?

10 Nov 2019 05:48:27
Portland / Phoenix / Oklahoma City

Portland - Gallarini +7 Wins

Phoenix - Adams & Muscala -8 Wins
Plus 1 1st Round Pick from Blazers & Future Considerations

Thunder - Bazemore from Portland, T. Johnson and Baynes from Suns -2 Wins.
44 Million Expiring Contracts & Future Considerations

1.) 10 Nov 2019 07:35:55
Suns don`t need a another center, overpaid. They have a young teem and in T. Johnson -20 mln next year for a good PF.

2.) 10 Nov 2019 11:03:09
I think this will still work for Phoenix because Ayton has been talking thst his natural position is PF.

3.) 11 Nov 2019 03:47:44
Not a big fan of trading players to a conference opponent unless it's incredibly one sided with tons of picks and/ or young prospects like the George and Westbrook trades were. Presti is too smart to trade picks before he knows where they will land. He could end up trading the rights to the next superstar, which he won't do. He knows Okc is set for the next 15 years. Hopefully the owner will be patient.

01 Nov 2019 13:33:39

Portland gets

Steven Adams and Danilo Gallinari
2020 Denver 1st Round Pick from OKC

OKC gets

Whiteside and Bazemore from Portland
Hardaway and Lee from Dallas.

Bazemore (Expiring)
Lee (Expiring)

Dallas gets

Chris Paul and Nader from OKC

Not perfect ...

1.) 01 Nov 2019 14:05:14
What does Portland do with Adams and Nurkic once Nurkic is healthy? It would be a duo that couldn't coexist on the court. And it removes any cap space Portland has this offseason.

2.) 01 Nov 2019 15:04:35
BMiller, in fairness, they get a pick and Gallo too. It’s not really bad for them, if they can go out and a perimeter defender. Having two bruising centers that you can kee constantly fresh would be in an interesting experiment in the playoffs and it’’d be a pretty low risk gamble for a team that is probably a few pieces away from being a championship contender. With so many teams in the West depending on centers for offense having 2 guys that can beat out of them with 12 fouls could be a good thing.

3.) 01 Nov 2019 16:08:49
I just don't see how spending 25 million on a backup center makes them better when they're so weak at forward.

Maybe as a last resort, this could be a move. But trading Bazemore for Gallo makes a lot more sense to me. And it keeps the door open for trades for a forward using Whiteside's expiring deal.

4.) 01 Nov 2019 22:38:22
How does PORTLAND get the best of the trade and a 1st round pick when DALLAS is getting harnessed with the worst contract in NBA HISTORY in Paul, who no one else wants to take without at least 2 x 1st round picks attached. DALLAS needs a rebounding shot blocker to be a legitimate threat. Paul would do nothing but take the ball out of DONCIC's hands and get injured. Terrible trade for MAVERICKS.

5.) 01 Nov 2019 23:34:05
Yea, Dallas has more to complain about here than does Portland.

6.) 02 Nov 2019 11:08:19
EVERYBODY Regarding Steve Adams

He has a 7.5% trade kicker of which adds another 4 Million to his contract making him difficult to trade.

Celtics could eye Steven Adams

Here's the link. So trading ADAMS is not possible.

7.) 04 Nov 2019 17:35:27
The Mavs don't need Portland to make this happen

OKC receives : C. Lee (expiring) T. Hardaway Jr. and Dwight Powell and a late first.

Mavs Receive: Danillo Galinari and Steven Adams.

I just can't see the Thunder making any moves before the Trade Deadline to replace the injured Andre Roberson for sure ... our assets are very limited and good at all.

All Thunder Picks are Protected from the Lottery and the 2026 1st Round Pick 2026 is taken out of consideration.

Davis would had vetoed this trade and stayed with the Lakers.

Wizards would need the 2020 Nuggets Pick and 2 2nd Round Picks in the later years to make this trade work.

You probably need half of the Thunder Roster to make a Westbrook/George/Durant ... virtually impossible to do.
