The strange one to me is OKC. #1 seed this past year and it looks like they'll be better. I can see them winning 60+.

The Bucks, Nets and Orlando could go lower and the Pacers and cleveland can go higher in the East
OKC, Memphis And Minny can go higher and Sacramento, Phoenix and New Orleans can go lower.
