Boston trades J brown , Gershwin Yab and A Baynes + 3 first round picks
Washington trades Beal

1.) 15 Feb 2019 03:41:31
Either horford or irving would have to opt up in order for Boston to have the cap space for this.

2.) 15 Feb 2019 05:51:59
WAS won't trade Beal until summer 2020 @ the earliest. Wall's injury changed things. They could tank next season beal could rack up the stat sheet and WAS could add a lottery pick. Could also use the John Wall injury exception to get another pick, or remain competitive spend it on a free agent.

Common Boston now Hayward he has had a good game ,Trade and trade now
Boston trades Hayward, brown and yabusele +2 first round picks
Washington trades Beal, Mahinmi
Resign Rozier same deal as Marcus smart trade Mahinmi plus a pick to another team looking for picks and willing to take on his contract
Boston's line up Kyrie,Rozier ,Wannamaker
Beal, Smart
Tatum, semi
Baynes, Thies ,Williams

1.) 03 Jan 2019 14:27:17
Takes Boston out of the Anthony Davis hunt this offseason.

2.) 03 Jan 2019 16:03:05
Porzingis turning down a knicks deal this summer would be interesting. Not already signing an extension might be saying a lot. Porzingis likes to be pretty quiet and let his actions do the talking.

03 Feb 2018 09:23:58
Boston trade G YaB -J Bird and their first round pick 2018
Clippers- Lou Williams

1.) 03 Feb 2018 15:13:56
This years 1st makes the most sense. I'm not sure about Lou being made available. If all of ATL is available, T. Prince would fit in nicely in BOS.

21 Jan 2018 07:30:29
Boston trades Guerson Yabusele and Boston's 2nd round
Charlotte trade Jeremy Lamb

1.) 21 Jan 2018 10:05:20
Absolutely not from Charlotte. Lamb is finally playing to potential, and is only on the books for $7.5M next season, which makes him a relative bargain. It's going to take something better (ie. Memphis 2019 1st instead of the 2nd) to get the Hornets to consider it.

2.) 21 Jan 2018 16:30:35
Lamb is having a good year, but when the roster is healthy he doesn't get much playing time. maybe a lil sweetener in the offer would make a difference. But would he get minutes for the C's?

Probably best if he got dealt to a different team.

AD to Boston when he hits free agency looks better everyday Horfords contract will finish then ,with a nucleus of Irving ,Hayward, brown,Tatum plus coach Stevens and still a lot of draft picks makes them attractive place to be. Pels can still pay the most money but what chance are they to be a force in 2-3 years ,I wouldn't doubt GWS could wiggle a few moves to make a pitch

1.) 25 Oct 2017 20:41:30
Said he wants to go home to Chicago on a cheap deal he already has bank from other businesses from tech things.

2.) 25 Oct 2017 21:05:07
Even if they go into 2020 offseason (Davis would have to opt out that year) with out having anyone, but Irving, Hayward, Brown's cap hold and Tatum on the roster (which is highly unlikely since they'll resign Smart, Yabulese will still be their, they have a few high picks before then and i'd imagine they would still have a few left over vets) that's atleast 100 million dollars already on the books. Even if we see a 25 percent increase in the cap that would give them less than 25 million in cap space. Davis's max will be close to 40.

3.) 26 Oct 2017 17:34:06
ad to gs, wow i like the sound of that. they would have to not resign klay and draymond but i think its worth it. AD + twilighting steph and kd would be awesome.

Gordon Hayward welcome back

1.) 06 Nov 2019 12:25:05
Yeah, so today's question is this -- have we seen the end of trade suggestions which claim that the Celtics would need to attach at least two first-rounders to any deal where they move Hayward, and get trash in return?

2.) 06 Nov 2019 12:38:08
They can get off of him, but I don’t think you’re getting a great package just yet.

3.) 06 Nov 2019 15:47:35
I never thought they would have had to attach multiple firsts, that was just stupid nonsense. But you haven't seen the end of it because people are dumb.

4.) 07 Nov 2019 10:07:45
@agree with BMiller :-) :-) :-)

24 Aug 2019 08:31:40
Go the Aussies beat team USA for the first time Basketball is really going to take off in aus with Simmons getting that type of money and winning today it's creating a buzz

28 Jun 2019 05:05:13
Wouldn't it send the league into kaos if KD doesn't resign and Kawhi joins GWS in his place

1.) 28 Jun 2019 07:10:02
They don’t have cap space to do that.

2.) 28 Jun 2019 13:34:30
Brian Windhorst said if GSW do a sign and trade with KD it would give them 35m trade exemption:I swear they make these rules up as they go along.

3.) 28 Jun 2019 13:38:05
They wouldn’t be able to use that full trade exception. They’d have to stay under the luxury for the next year. If they resign Klay, they’d likely be right around the luxury.

4.) 28 Jun 2019 16:04:20
And a trade exception is for trades. They can't sign someone into a trade exception. Maybe as a sign and trade, but that means they have to give something to Toronto (what do they have? ) and Toronto would have to agree to letting GS get Leonard (I can't imagine they OK that) . I could see the NBA behind the scenes going to Toronto and saying "If you S&T him to GS, we will make your life hell".

Also, that requires a S&T for Durant, which isn't guaranteed. And Leonard would have to choose to go to GS. It's a lot of moving pieces.

5.) 28 Jun 2019 20:08:04
Teams can't receive a player via S&T (even if they use a trade exception) if the salary puts them over the luxury tax line per the CBA. So unless Kawhi is signing for $13 mil (space under the luxury tax line that GS is at keeping cap holds on Klay, Looney and their 1st round pick), this can't happen and Windhorst didn't do his homework unless he thought GS was going to release their cap hold on Klay.

05 Feb 2019 04:59:37
Hope Boston now gives up on Davis I said this many times before once he signed with clutch sports it ended our chances . We should be chasing Beal would have to take on Mahami 's contract so offer Brown,Yabisule,Hayward and 2 first round picks and 2 second round picks

1.) 05 Feb 2019 16:25:58
I'm not buying the media story either that Ainge is willing to overpay for Davis. When has he done that? Put a player first, before the franchise? Crickets. The Lakers offer is too much. Ainge could, but wouldn't beat it. Damage the franchise long term too much.

28 Jan 2019 22:34:49
Boston just forget AD I've said it before once he signed with clutch sports that ended it , Go after Beal he is the shooter we want

1.) 29 Jan 2019 02:26:12
If Lakers get Davis. I will clear cap and go after boogie if I was Boston. I rather pay boogie then Heyward. Or rather pay vuc then Heyward. They have brown and tatum no need for Heyward.
