I think that's too much for Hayward. I like him for Philly as they could use a playmaking wing. They can send 2 expirings, a couple of 2nds, and still keep their cap space open for next offseason.

I like it for Philly, not so sure about Miami. Just don't know if Harden fits there and if they want to give any of their limited assets for him, hampering their chance at the next guy on the block.

DeRozan is not a good fit for Grizzlies. They need 3&D wing. He is neither of that. They need good role player. He is not used to be 4th option, after Morant, Bane and Jackson. Better to try with Dorian Finney-Smith, Bojan Bogdanovic, Kyle Kuzma, Gordon Hayword, Keldon Johnson, DeAndre Hunter. Anunoby or Jerami Grant would be best options, but very expensive in a years to come, with their 30+ salaries.

I'm Grizzlies fan, but I think they should add more assets for Finney-Smith. Laravia or a first round pick. DFS would be amazing fit for Grizzlies. They need a guy who can guard LeBron, Durant, Leonard, Tatum, Butler.

Blazers don't need Herro, they already have similar expensive player in Simons. They have three young backcourt players, Scoot, Simons and Sharpe, they need to add bigs with a potential.
