Lakers get Donovan Mitchell, Georges niang

Cavs get Austin Reeves, Rui Hachimura, jhs, Vanderbilt #17 pick, 2029 pick

Donovan/Lonnie walker/Christie
Lebron /prince/christie

Garland /LeVert
Reeves/ okoro
Strus/ #17 jaylon tyson
Mobley/ rui
Allen/ #20 daron holmes

Lebron's lost a step but still super effective Donovan's got young legs and what he lacks in playmaking leadership and size is perfectly complemented by LeBron. He's the second side guy bron needs . Mitchell can run pg in a lot of lineups or be the smallest guy while lebron kinda runs point and sets him and ad up. Niang provides some shot making size toughness iq.

Cavs get young guys and picks. They find some more complimentary lineups and let mobley have the ball in his hands more . Garland will do better as well this way. They can look to move Allen if mobley doesn't take a leap as a scorer playmaker and most importantly shooter. Open to dealing levert in season take a shot on the 2029 pick wasn't ready to win w/Mitchell stunting others development

miami- Beal, Porzingis

Wash- robinson, herro, oladipo, lowry , 3 firsts

lets debate

1.) 15 Jun 2023 16:08:15
Can Miami afford to trade 3 picks? If Porzingis stays healthy this is a great trade for the Heat.

2.) 15 Jun 2023 20:05:38
2023 + 2027+ 2029 firsts.

Knicks get: Embiid, Finney-Smith

Nets get: Rj, barret, Cam thomas, Claxton, Joe harris, 7 FRP...Knicks give 5 . Nets give 2

Nets get: Jalen Brunson, Mitchell Robinson, PJ Tucker

Not sure if knicks have cap space or not when they decline rose's option. They could trade hartenstein's 9m contract later in the year for some bench depth. Or fournier. both?

Nets should look at Naz reid in FA would be a nice young center that gives them a chance to play multiple styles unless they like sharpe. will be good young team/core. Maybe trent jr. bruce brown. levert. cap space?

bench: mills, o'neal, watanabe, reid

1.) 30 May 2023 17:34:48
Legitimately the dumbest Knicks trade on here.

I mean this is painfully stupid.

25 May 2023 21:03:03
Someone help me come up w/ a 3 team deal where AD and demar go to BKN

Lavine and Finney smith to LA

Chicago rebuild

I get confused by all the offseason cap rules

1.) 25 May 2023 23:06:04
I wont give up AD for that.

2.) 25 May 2023 23:06:10
Lakers - Lavine, DFS, & 2 future Nets 1sts
Nets - AD & Demar
Bulls - Simmons, Harris, Sharpe, 21, 22, & 2 future 1sts via Suns

Idk if Nets would be wanting to give up all their picks, but I think landing both AD & Demar (and wanting to keep Bridges) it’s going to take lot of picks especially if including Simmons and Harris.

25 May 2023 03:19:36
I can see the argument for Pacers needing to give up more here, but I don't think its much more if they do.

Pacers: Donovan Mitchell, OG

Raptors: #26, #29, 2027 unprotected 1st Pacers, 2025 2nd pacers, 2028 2nd Pacers, Smith, Mcconnell, Theis

Cavs: Duarte, Hield, #7,#32, #56, 2025 unprotected 1st, 2029 unprotected 1st, 2029 2nd

Bench :Nembhard, Nesmith, Nwora, Jackson
Still have 30M in cap space sign who?

Raps: Get a lot of picks and hope Barnes becomes great. Sell on Siakam. Try to sign and trade vv. Bring back Trent jr? Sign anyone else? Is it enough? Can you get more? from who?

Cavs: Shed some cap space get a high draft pick and basically punt for field position. They hit the reset on the mitchell trade let mobley have the ball a bit more. Hield gives spacing for development. Draft someone you believe in at #7 with picks to reload in future. Gives them core 4 of Garland, #7 pick, mobley, allen. Can remain competitive even tho not elite. what to do in FA? W/Levert, (go younger)?

1.) 25 May 2023 04:11:09
That's just way too light for Cleveland.

2.) 25 May 2023 04:32:18
I don’t see why Cavs would hit a reset button. I think they just need to break up the Mobley and Allen duo.

3.) 25 May 2023 05:18:02
It's really only if they see a high offensive ceiling for mobley. Very unlikely he develops into a star offensive player with garland and mitchell. Not that they are bad players just very small and thus need the ball a lot to thrive. Maybe they really like someone at #7 and they can keep building its not a total reset they wouldn't be bad. Then the gonzaga kid Stawther in the 2nd round. Wait for the next superstar trade when these guys are a bit more ready.

4.) 25 May 2023 07:18:40
i like this for Indy, but i think other teams can trow in a better offer for Mitchell.

Unpopular idea: Sell high on Brunson

He's a very good player, but whats the marginal benefit of having him vs quickley?

Brunson has become overvalued as a small scoring guard who's not a good defender.

Get a center who can shoot open up things for Randle/others.

Resign quickley let grimes develop as well w/ball in hands more. resign hart.

21 May 2023 04:47:26
What pick would the raps need to get back in order to get fair value for OG?

(assuming the other player they get back is neutral value)

1.) 21 May 2023 14:04:22
You're asking the wrong question. Raptors don't care what fair value is in a trade for OG because they like him and want to keep him. The real question is how much of and overpay would a team have to offer to get the Raptors to part with him.

2.) 21 May 2023 16:25:00
No team overpaying for a complementary player so he’ll stay in Toronto.

3.) 21 May 2023 19:35:47
How long until Masai stagnates his roster, lets a bunch of free agents walk, and the idea that he’s some elite exec dies?

If the Raptors don’t care what fair value is, they’ll never make successful trades again.

4.) 21 May 2023 22:37:53
2 first rounders would be fair. or three late first rounders.
They should consider #26+#29+ 1rnd pick 24 Indy.

5.) 22 May 2023 10:56:46
What Masai needs to do is get a bidding war going between Indy and OKC. That is probably the best that he is going to get for OG.

6.) 23 May 2023 01:18:37
I’m not sure why Indy or OKC would want OG. Both seem like they’re a superstar away from contending. Not a role player.

15 May 2023 18:59:44
Just starting watching the draft prospects and wondering which player/s you see pairing well with which team/s.

Lets keep somewhat realistic with where they are projected to be picked and lottery happens according to odds (even though it wont)

If you want a team to select a player out of position include a hypothetical trade...

1- Pistons
2- Rockets
3- Spurs
4- Hornets
5- Blazers
6- Magic
7- Pacers: Jarace Walker
8- Wiz
10- mavs
11- magic via chi- cason wallace
12- okc- dick or trade down for sensabaugh
13- raps
14- pels
15- hawks
16-jazz via min- bilal coulibaly
17- LAL
18- heat- sensabaugh
19- warriors- leonard miller
20- rockets- jett howard
21- nets via phx
23- blazers vi NY- take cissoko trade dame
25- grizz- murray
27- hornets- julian strawther
28- jazz
29- pacers
30- clippers

1.) 15 May 2023 21:00:55
I will bring shocked if Kris Murray falls past Miami @ #18 or GS @ #19.

2.) 15 May 2023 23:34:39
Boston will have either 33 or 35. Any decent project bigs around there?

3.) 15 May 2023 23:50:20
I want Gradey Dick.

4.) 16 May 2023 02:29:30
Beast I'm glad you're not one of those people who just refer to others by their last name.

5.) 16 May 2023 04:28:24
Are we seriously just letting it go that MD wants dick?

6.) 16 May 2023 12:56:41
I thought he said he wanted grade a Dick. Lol.

7.) 16 May 2023 18:22:37
To be fair, no one wants grade F dick.

24 Mar 2023 14:33:11
Ik there's that one crazy Celtics fan who's going to be mad at this one but which is best jaylen brown destination if he leaves? I guess we can just assume wemby lands in hou or San Antonio to make these destinations viable

A) Magic
B) Pacers
C) Jazz
D) rockets
E) Spurs

1.) 24 Mar 2023 18:38:02

I’m not including Franz and Wendell in a deal nope.

2.) 24 Mar 2023 18:57:57
I'd say Orlando, but I'd also say that there is hardly any chance Brown leaves Boston. Those who think he will are not thinking it out properly.

3.) 25 Mar 2023 02:56:56
Jaylen Brown just said abunch of nice things about Sacramento last week. Plus, Jalen Brown went to college at Cal.

Jaylen Brown would be a perfect fit with Fox, Huerter, Murray, Sabonis.

4.) 25 Mar 2023 04:20:03
If Kings get Brown I’ll be so disappointed as a fan of Magic Fredman.

5.) 25 Mar 2023 13:25:50
Well, MD, you are already disappointed as a magic fan so why stop being disappointed now?

6.) 25 Mar 2023 16:53:31
Kings would be giving up Murray and Huerter, Fred. At the least.

7.) 25 Mar 2023 21:48:49
I would reall y like him on the pacers.
We'll trade anything for him accept Mathurin and Haliburton.

17 Sep 2021 22:00:49
Nobody been talking about it but if wall gets bought out I see denver as a good fit with murray's injury and versatility to score comfortably off the ball as well

1.) 17 Sep 2021 23:41:33
It’s a decent fit since Murray can slide to SG

But idk the chance since they have 4 PGs, one being a 1st round pick this year.

2.) 18 Sep 2021 12:44:09
Wall running the offense or Jokic running the offense?

3.) 19 Sep 2021 08:24:58
Wall getting bought out before next summer isn’t logical for owner that is trying to cut salary and save. Buyouts are usually 85% of the money owed.

Yeah Washington actually wasn't cheap but sunken cost on Williams. If they can keep Luka the pick will be trash anyway . Kyrie better fit than brunson.

They got Washington for cheap meaning he didn't have a lot of perceived value league wide. His defense has improved significantly and he's playing a role on a winning team very different than putting up numbers on a rubbish team.
