CHA/ORL

CHA get Mo Bamba, 15th pick, 2nd round pick
> Mo Bamba will have plenty of playing time with this Hornets team that lacks center

draft Isaac Okoro & RJ Hampton

Pg Graham/Hampton
Sg Rozier/Monk/Martin
Sf Okoro/Batum/Martin
Pf Washington/McDaniels
Ce Bamba/Zeller

ORL get Miles Bridges
> Bridges would be perfect for Orlando to play SF
> Might need to deal Gordon separately though: Gordon, 2nd rd picks for Dinwiddie,Temple (exp)

Pg Fultz/Dinwiddie
Sg Fournier/Ross/Temple
Sf Bridges/Iwundu
Pf Isaac/Aminu
Ce Vucevic/Birch

1.) 10 Jul 2020 03:10:21
Okoro doesn't make it past #12.

2.) 10 Jul 2020 05:58:26
I think he is there at #8 when the Hornets select.

10 Jul 2020 00:06:54
TOR/ORL

TOR get Mo Bamba
> Raptors very thin at center position, he will have his opportunity there

ORL get Patrick McCaw, Matt Thomas
> Magic get depth at wing position. Thomas has a potential to replace Fournier

1.) 10 Jul 2020 13:11:41
NONO for Raptors. McCaw+Johnson for Bamba maybe. Thomas will develop into a Redick-style player.

08 Jul 2020 09:15:17
Best deal i see for each team

SAC/IND/ORL

SAC get Myles Turner

Pg Fox
Sg Hield
Sf Bogdanovic
Pf Bagley
Ce Turner

IND get Aaron Gordon & 2nd from SAC

Pg Brogdon
Sg Dipo
Sf Warren
Pf Gordon
Ce Sabonis

ORL get Harrison Barnes & 2nd from SAC

Pg Fultz
Sg Fournier
Sf Barnes
Pf Isaac
Ce Vucevic

1.) 08 Jul 2020 11:30:14
Sac not getting Turner for Barnes and two 2nd's.

2.) 08 Jul 2020 12:42:58
Why not MCHammee? These 3 all seem to have pretty similar value. And all 3 of these guys are better fits in their new teams.

I like it.

3.) 08 Jul 2020 15:49:08
Outside of maybe Toronto, who is going to "outbid" Sac for Turner?

4.) 08 Jul 2020 15:53:53
Barnes isn't a better fit. He averages mid 30s in minutes and has progressively gotten worse at scoring the past 2 years averaging less points and rebounds with more min and 4 years older.

5.) 08 Jul 2020 17:35:26
Barnes is actually a better fit in Indy who need a stretch-4, small ball forward. Deal would probably be done without Orlando.

6.) 08 Jul 2020 20:52:36
Pacers don't have to worry about some other team "outbidding" the kings for Turner. There's no NEED to trade him. He's under contract for 3 more years. Dallas received Justin Jackson and Zach Randolph for Barnes a year ago and y'all think you can flip him for Turner now? No way Pacers are that stupid.

7.) 08 Jul 2020 22:23:40
And if Turner keeps stunting Sabonis development? Going to move Turner to the bench?

And we got Barnes "cheap" because he was not going to resign in Dallas. He wanted to come back to Northern California. And Randolph was an expiring contract when KP's extension was gping to kick in. So Dallas was just looking to scrap salary not necessarily getting full value.

8.) 09 Jul 2020 00:02:49
I don't think Harrison Barnes is what Orlando is looking for. They can do much better for Gordon.

9.) 09 Jul 2020 01:50:04
"full value" of Barnes is half of what turner is. kings can keep their garbage and Pacers and keep theirs and Pacers would better off.

10.) 09 Jul 2020 02:40:25
Northern California can keep Barnes if that's where he wants to be. If Barnes is that great, go get Allen from the Nets or Bamba from Magic for him. Good luck.

05 Jul 2020 22:59:43
DEN/PHX

DEN get Oubre

PHX get MPJ & Barton

1.) 06 Jul 2020 12:37:19
Value seems fair.

2.) 07 Jul 2020 00:22:56
As a suns fan I do that in a heartbeat. don't think Denver will give up mpj's potential though.

05 Jul 2020 12:29:22
DAL/ORL

DAL get Aaron Gordon
- Gordon will be a very good fit with Porzingis. With Doncic facilitating, he will find his groove in Dallas

Pg Wright/Barea
Sg Doncic/Curry
Sf Finney-Smith/MKG
Pf Gordon/Powell
Ce Porzingis/Kleber/Boban

ORL get Tim Hardaway, Jalen Brunson, 2020 1st round selection
- Magic's fans probably value Gordon higher but as long as they hold on to him while making it clear that Isaac is their choice to be their PF of the future, his value might decline. This deal gives them an asset (pick), a young PG to backup Fultz if Augustin bolts and a scoring wing to add to their offensive needs.

Pg Fultz/Brunson
Sg Hardaway/Iwundu
Sf Fournier/Ross/pick
Pf Isaac/Aminu/pick
Ce Vucevic/Bamba/Birch

1.) 05 Jul 2020 13:19:39
I like it.

2.) 06 Jul 2020 10:40:27
AG value is maybe even lower but I think it's a fair deal for both.

03 Jul 2020 03:16:19
We're talking about a particular skill, what do you prefer?

Kawhi's defense or Durant's offense
Giannis' athleticism or Curry's shooting
Shaq's strength or Magic's passing
Kyrie's Ball handling or Carter's dunking

1.) 03 Jul 2020 14:03:24
Kawhi
Curry
Magic
Carter

Just my opinion.

2.) 03 Jul 2020 17:30:43
Kawshi
Curry
Shaq
Carter.

3.) 03 Jul 2020 17:50:54
Durant - elite offense players wins championships. If Kawhi was a 14 PER offensive player, he’d be Tony Allen or maybe Draymond Green.
Curry - His shooting created an offense that won 3 rings.
Magic - Shaq’s strength without his BB knowledge and overall skills makes him Steven Adams.
Kyrie - Dunking in a game is pretty overrated.

4.) 04 Jul 2020 10:00:50
Bmiller- you took kawhi a points away saying be be Allen so take kd’s handles away he is Duncan Robinson. Lots of guys score. I take the two way talent.

5.) 04 Jul 2020 12:09:08
But it said “Durant’s offense”, so why are you taking part of his offense away?

The point is to make them one way players. Do you want the full defense guy and strip his offense away? Or the full offense and strip his defense away?

Saying “lots of guys score” totally downplays one of the most talented offensive players in the history of the NBA.

If Durant was a league average defender, you could win a championship with him as your best player (he was an average defender in OKC, and made the Finals) . If you made Kawhi a league average offensive player (PER of 15 is league average), he’d be a third option.

29 Jun 2020 21:58:57
Can Towns play stretch 4 majority of his time on the floor?

Can Utah afford to have Mitchell as their full time point guard?

Any chance the Raptors trade their "franchise player" Kyle Lowry?

Who's 3 young players can pull off a "Miami Big 3" move?

Can Lebron average 20points when he reach 39 yrs?

Can Warriors still be a dynasty?

What teams are a potential dynasty in the making?

Any miracles for New York?

1.) 29 Jun 2020 23:27:51
No
Yes
I’d say that there’s a pretty decent chance
KAT, Russell and Booker maybe, if that counts
It seems possible
It depends what you mean by dynasty. They could get another title. I think getting 3 would take some small miracles.
Pelicans, Dallas, Boston, Denver off the top of my head
They move to Seattle.

2.) 30 Jun 2020 03:48:01
Giannis and Oladipo join Jimmy Butler in Miami?

3.) 30 Jun 2020 13:34:18
No
Yes
Depends on offer
Giannis/ Siakam/ VanVleet
Possible
For one-three more years
Dallas Miami
Not a chance.

4.) 01 Jul 2020 15:13:59
No, he can barely defend 5’s. Defending PFs would be a disaster.

Yes, but they’d need a really good ball handling SG or SF. But i think it’s the best course for them.

Yes, very high chance. They’re not a team that is afraid to shake things up.

Giannis and others seems like the option here. Maybe him and one of Beal or Oladipo join another team.

I won’t bet against Lebron, Tom Brady, or Tim Duncan.

Absolutely. They have 3 current incredibly unselfish all stars in their primes, a top 5 pick, and a lottery pick next year most likely. I’d take their future over just about anyone.

Bucks, Pels, Mavs are probably the most likely. Maybe Miami. Oh, and Boston.

Never say never. But no.

24 Jun 2020 11:48:33
Ok let's go to NBA talk. Who's your closest comparison for these stars?

Anthony Davis
Zion Williamson
Luka Doncic
Blake Griffin
Joel Embiid
Derrick Rose
Damian Lillard
Nikola Jokic
Donovan Mitchell
Jayson Tatum

1.) 24 Jun 2020 12:29:58
Davis= Garnett/ T Duncan
Zion= Barkley/ L Johnson
B Griffin= B Walton/ S Bowie :-) or K Malone/ D Wilkins
Embiid: Olajuwon/ K Abdul Jabbar
D Rose= Westbrook/ Iverson
Lillard= S Curry/ S Nash
Jokic= P Gasol/ A Sabonis/ V Divac
D Mitchell= D Wade/ P Maravic
Tatum= S Pippen/ R Jefferson.

2.) 24 Jun 2020 13:52:09
Davis=Duncan
Zion=Grandma Johnson
Doncic=Taller Steve Nash
Griffin=S. Kemp
Embiid=Olajuwon (more mobile Robert Parrish? )
Rose=I. Thomas (Detroit)
Lillard=Tim Hardaway
Jokic=V. Divac
Mitchell=Mitch Richmond (? )
Tatum=I keep wanting to say Chris Webber but its not quite right.

3.) 24 Jun 2020 13:53:27
Change#1

Tatum=G. Hill.

4.) 24 Jun 2020 15:29:32
Anthony Davis - Garnett
Zion Williamson - Johnson/ Josh Smith
Luka Doncic - Taller mix of Nash/ Kidd
Blake Griffin - Kemp
Joel Embiid - Olajuwon
Derrick Rose - Westbrook/ Thomas
Damian Lillard - Nash/ Iverson
Nikola Jokic - A Sabonis
Donovan Mitchell - Dwade/ Drexler
Jayson Tatum - Melo/ Grant Hill.

5.) 24 Jun 2020 17:25:18
The Zion - Josh Smith comparison isn’t something I had thought of, but it makes sense. Very similar game and physical tools.

Jokic makes me sad that Sabonis didn’t get to the NBA before he was physically broken. They’re very similar. The two best passing bigs I’ve ever seen.

Tatum reminds me a lot of Drexler. It’s the movement style. The “glide” smoothness.

Doncic is very similar to Kidd to me.

6.) 25 Jun 2020 16:16:49
Who would you compare Siakam to?

7.) 25 Jun 2020 17:57:12
A young Shawn Marion with a better shot?

Aminu with infinitely better ball handling ability?

8.) 25 Jun 2020 19:48:15
To me, this is where a T-Wolves Kevin Garnett comparision kicks in.

9.) 25 Jun 2020 22:39:17
Anthony Davis - Kevin Garnett
Zion Williamson - Josh Smith
Luka Doncic - bigger Steve Nash / Manu Ginobili
Blake Griffin - Amare Stoudemire / S. Kemp
Joel Embiid - Hakeem Olajuwon
Derrick Rose - Allen Iverson
Damian Lillard - Deron Williams / Gilbert Arenas?
Nikola Jokic - Marc Gasol
Donovan Mitchell - Dwayne Wade
Jayson Tatum - Paul George / Clyde Drexler

Pascal Siakam - Lamar Odom?

10.) 28 Jun 2020 20:47:55
Zion seems more like stoudemire or mcdyce.

21 May 2020 22:11:43
Did you guys see Espn's all time starters for each team?

For the Lakers they have

Magic
West
Kobe
Kareem
Shaq

They didn't include Lebron James for the reason he's not with the Lakers for that long. That's fine but for the Clippers they have

Paul
Kawhi
Griffin
Brand
McAdoo

then Raptors also have Kawhi in their team.

Then Kawhi is not included in the Spurs line up.

I'm a Kawhi Leonard fan and i think he has the potential to be in the all time starting 5 of every team he's played with. I'm just a little confused about the basis if their listings. Ok, i apologize for this non sense lol.

15 May 2020 15:00:40
Who has higher value?

Horford or Wiggins
Beal or Booker
Jrue Holiday or Lavine
McCollum or Oladipo
Hield or A.Gordon
Derozan or Aldridge

1.) 15 May 2020 16:42:13
Wiggins due to age alone.
Beal
Holiday by a lot.
McCollum? If I knew Oladipo was 100%, easily him. If they finish the season and he’s back to his all star play, sure. But after 13 games, it’s too much risk.
Same. I’ve seen ideas of a direct swap, which might make sense.
Aldridge.

2.) 15 May 2020 18:34:26
Wiggins, probably. I could see some teams thinking that Horford was just put in a bad position and dinged up though.

Beal probably. I could see Booker’s extra years of control evening it up though.

Holiday by a nose.

Oladipo by a fairly wide margin. McCollum’s offensive efficiency just hasn’t been rising like the rest of the league. The last time VO was healthy, he was an all nba guy and he was starting to get back there before the shut down.

I’d say it’s about equal. Both are high level role players that fit well in the modern game and could fill holes on elite teams.

Derozan because of age. They’re both basically just guys that can get you buckets at this point. It depends what you need on who you would prefer, but Derozan has more tread left on the tires.

3.) 16 May 2020 12:22:16
Wiggins
Beal
Holiday (not close)
Oladipo if i had to choose, about even tho.
Hield by a tiny bit.
Derozan.

4.) 16 May 2020 18:09:20
Wiggins but I wouldn’t want to take on either contract.

Beal. Beal is currently much better but Booker can get there soon. Neither player can single handedly carry team to wins though.

Holiday. Lavine probably has higher ceiling but might never reach holiday’s level of play.

Oladipo. Similar ages and Mccollum is a better shooter and obviously is less of an injury risk. But, Oladipo gets the edge for me because of how well he carried his team as the number one option in 2018-19

Aaron Gordon by a bit. Definitely has areas where he needs to improve but he is 3 years younger and is still arguably getting better.

DeMar DeRozan. He has a better all around game and still has time left to be good especially on the right team. Aldridge may be slightly better but he requires a high usage percentage and is well past his prime.

ATL can actually beat that team in some games

I'll put Vucevic higher, maybe around number 9

I'd say Markieff to at least top 15

Jimmy Butler all over Klay Thompson, Anthony Davis all over Curry as long as Pelicans could make playoffs (doubt)
