Improves both teams Bulls get a quicker rebuild and Twolves get a stabilizing Vet.

Horrible for the Bulls. Shabazz isn't nowhere near the player that JB is, and he never will be close to his caliber. The MInny pick will likely fall around 6-8; the Bulls can find a better offer.
