Lakers just announced that there is no deal and no more negotiations. Pels wanted too much.

No, the Pelicans want Jason Tatum. They will get Tatum from the Celtics.

Which is an obvious negotiation tactic supercollider.

Wasn’t it a pretty 1 sided conversation in the first place and supposedly, if the Pelicans want to make a counter, the Lakers are willing to talk. I don’t think the Pelicans really planon taking any offer before the Celtics get in on it, unless a team is willing to do something ridiculous.

Lakers would be stupid to give up that much for Davis. yes davis is a very good players. but Lakers can find the right guys to play around LBJ. they need role players that are. better then Ball Rando Beasley.

trade for another star scoring PG and keep kuzma and hart.

Lakers trade Lillard

blazers get Ball, Ingram and first around picks and salary match.

Lakers then have One of the best PG Lillard and get rid of the Ball family.

They are waiting for a counter offer from the Pelicans. There's no word that they threw in the towel.

That's just posturing LAL are still in best position for a trade Pelicans are showing why they will never win a championship with current front office and ownership. if they keep playing Seattle will swoop them up lol.
