Hate to say it.....swear I do BUT it's time for Giannis to go. Before yall drag me, answer this: What else do you want around him? Had center to stretch the floor. Nice wings, shooters, 2 All-defenders, above average coach, All-Star.....what else can you surround a superstar with? Hit the reset button. Giannis for Klay, #2 and a future 1st. draft Wiseman and go from there.

BLEDSOE
KLAY
MIDDLETON
FA- Some interior toughness
WISEMAN

Many options for that #2...maybe send to Knicks for Randle and their pick....many options. I just threw something out there but my point, I think it's in both interests to mutually split. No shade

“What else do you want around him? ”

Another real star. That’s how you win championships. He’s exactly like Lebron in his first run in Cleveland, and Howard and Shaq in Orlando, Lillard, Bosh in Toronto. I’m sure there’s more.

If he wants to stay and signs an extension, you sign him. You don’t just throw away the MVP at 25 if he wants to stay. But if he doesn’t extend, I think they have to trade him. They can’t risk him leaving for nothing.

Shaq had Penny in Orlando.
And they could have won in 1995, if Olajuwon didn't kill them mentaly in game 1.

Bmiller, I disagree. Giannis is a phenomenal player. But without Giannis, the bucks were still a great team. WHen Giannis played the first 3 games and lost all 3, it really said something abt him. He is still relatively young but losing in the second round is unacceptable. Maybe another superstar would be beneficial but it would be at the cost of depth. I just don’t see Giannis winning with the bucks.

Without Giannis they’re maybe the 7 seed. They’re not great. There’s a lot of talent there, but no one is elite. Middleton isn’t leading a team past a first round exit.

Maybe he never wins with the Bucks. That wouldn’t be shocking. People act like winning a championship is easy. Lebron and his run of Finals appearances has totally ruined realistic expectations in the NBA.

It’s “unacceptable” to be the 1 seed and lose in the second round? Guess who else did that? 25 year old Lebron. And who got got bounced in the second and third rounds at 24 and 25 years old? Jordan.

The speed at which people are “losers” or can’t finish, or any of that other garbage is insane.

Also, superstars>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>depth.

Bucks rely too much on Giannis the first 3 games and his teammates didn’t show up. Their offense became too predictable and the Miami’s defense just collapse on him. Bucks will be at best number 7 in the east without Giannis i think.

@B-Mill. We're talking about Milwaukee. LeBron's first run with Cleveland, the biggest FA he could lure to play with him was Larry Hughes. Why, 2 reasons: He wasn't a proven winner and Cleveland is a small market. sound familiar?

Totally agree with BMiller on this. He's 100% correct. If he signs, keep building around him. If he won't sign, trade him. Thunder got burned with Durant, Blazers got burned with Aldridge, etc. Can't let him leave for nothing.

What superstar is going to want to go to Milwaukee and play 2nd fiddle with a non proven superstar? Please. Just name 1. If this was NY, BK, or LA. but this is Milwaukee. MIDDLETON is the best you're going to get. Let's face it. Now with that reality, you have to roll the dice and try to flip Giannis before it starts to look like Cleveland after Kyrie and Bron left. One guy said MIDDLETON won't get you out of the 1st round. Giannis almost got you swept in the second. This is a 2 time MVP. he needs to learn how to win in a winning culture. Dallas, GS would be excellent fits. BUT you hearing it here. If AD signs off to moving to the 5 if Giannis signs, I think Lakers find a way to make it work for LeBron last few years. Its actually not that hard: if he states he will sign with the Lakers when he becomes a FA, they'll be forced to make a trade. I think Giannis can deny trades. Could be wrong. Keep an eye on that. Especially if the Clippers take the West this year. The contracts are set up perfectly for a max contract 2021.
