Brooklyn is a great destination for Fultz, he can play there without presure.

And Russel can play with Simmons and philly has 9 million extra in capsace next summer. If they fail landing a big free agent, they can resign russell.

Fultz isn't worth his own salary until his shot is fixed. You can't trade starters for guys with no jumpshots and say salaries match this is good for everybody.

fill the last roster spot via waivers with a 3&D guy or just 3 or just D. The only thing the bench is missing is a 3 level scorer. Russell completes that. If he disappoints you let him walk at the end of the season. If he impresses you make him your 4th max player and he takes over Redicks spot in the starting line up.

They can start Dinwiddie and Fultz can make minutes as a sixt man.
They're propably nog going to offer Russell a big contract next year
And they get a better chance in the draft is Fultz also fails in Brooklyn.

McConnell is playing ahead of Fultz because Phili is in win now mode. If the Nets traded for Fultz it would be to give minutes to a young project while they’re rebuilding. Different situations mean different guys play over others.

Fultz isn't a developing player is he? Isn't he injured or whatever the story is? Either way the Nets eat salary for? If anyone can clear that up it would be nice! The truth on Fultz and what exactly he brings to a team?

Nets pass right now. They are set up to be able to offer 2 max deals next summer, and won’t want to take on any additional salary beyond this year now unless it’s a star that they’re getting in the deal.
