If Lebron James stays and keep brk pick

Cavs receive -Kemba Walker, micheal Kidd Gilchrist

Hornets receive- George hill,Ante Zizic,2021 cavs 1st,2022 cavs 2nd,2019 Portland 2nd,draft rights to Milan Macvan

Cavs get a guy to try a fill kyries shoes hornets get picks and a young center

1.) 17 Mar 2018 17:24:14
Hornets can attract a better package I think. That pick being so far into the future robs value from the trade too. I feel like the Hornets have the assets in Kaminski, Howard, Graham, Lamb, Monk, and this year's pick to undo some roster/ salary issues without having to lose Walker. If Walker goes, Zeller, or Batum need to go too before MKG, and Williams.

2.) 18 Mar 2018 00:14:19
Unless the Cavs end up in the top 2 and trade down, I don't see how they could get a high pick and an allstar. If they could land the 1st and pull off something like Boston did that would be perfect. That's obviously a huge if, but if people want to buy into a rigged lottery, the Cavs adding a top pick and an allstar would be ideal for the league if Lebron is staying.

Cavs trade down if cavs pick land 1and brk pick land 4-6

Cavs get pick 4,pick 16,2019 2nd,2021 Miami 1st

Phoenix receives Tristan Thompson,pick 1

1.) 17 Mar 2018 13:37:17
Thompson does not get you that kind of haul.

2.) 17 Mar 2018 14:20:11
I'm not sure they get the 3rd 1st, but the number 1 can absolutely bet you that kind of haul. Boston just ended with the the 3rd pick and a pick structured in a way that it was almost guaranteed to be top 5. Ayton or Doncic both seem like they could be perfect fits for the 2 biggest holes in Phoenix's team. Doncic could be a point forward/ pg/ combo guard and be the facilitator for them. Obviously, Ayton brings them the center they need. Is that worth their 2nd 1st this year and 2 years of Thompson's deal? I would say it is.

3.) 17 Mar 2018 14:39:33
Dacman the hual is not for Tristan Thompson it’s for that number 1 pick that could turn into a superstar Tristan is just a throw in.

4.) 17 Mar 2018 16:47:09
Noah for Thompson they have the same value lol.

5.) 17 Mar 2018 17:21:31
Shizzee, one guy is a 26 year old role player on a playoff team making 16 million a year and the other is a 34 year old that's not allowed in the one of the worst teams in the league's practice facility making 18 million a year, but whatever makes you sleep at night.

6.) 17 Mar 2018 18:07:48
LarryLegend33 posted a lecture on moral turpitude directed at me for less rkenne_16, you best be careful daddy's watching!

7.) 17 Mar 2018 18:35:04
Moral turpitude! reminds me of the 1st Porkys movie. And i mis-read the proposal. I didn't see the "if Cavs land 1st overall". My bad. With that in mind it is more than fair IMO.

8.) 17 Mar 2018 19:28:59
I haven't seen the porky's flick, I stole it from Mark Twain.

17 Mar 2018 01:37:51
Suns -pick 27

Celtics-Tyson chandler

1.) 17 Mar 2018 04:05:15
Chandlers 13 mil, and the looming re-signing of Smart. Theiss, Horford, Baines, Monroe playing well makes this seem kind of expensive, and not Ainge-like, or good for BOS.

16 Mar 2018 21:11:50
Cavs get-Damian Lillard

Blazers get Kyle krover,Cedi Osman,pick 4,2021 1st top 9 protected,jr smith

1.) 16 Mar 2018 21:57:42
Stop it.

2.) 16 Mar 2018 22:32:12
This doesn't look fair to POR to me.

3.) 17 Mar 2018 01:15:23
Keep Smith and add in hood. On draft night it can happen.

4.) 18 Mar 2018 12:42:29
Trail Blazers hang out laughing. You can't be serious this is close to enough for Lillard?

16 Mar 2018 01:04:59
Marc Gasol, jamychal green, and Daytona Davis to Portland for Zach Collins,Caleb Swanigan, jake layman, pick 26,20192nd,and Evan turner

1.) 16 Mar 2018 07:23:48
POR is at the Luxury line. I don't think the league would approve a trade with them taking on 10 mil extra in salary. The trade would cause many problems for POR rather than solving them by trading away 3 first round picks without relieving some roster, and salary issues.

2.) 16 Mar 2018 13:25:02
Not happening. Portland is in the luxury tax. This trade is close to impossible to happening unless Portland finds a 3rd team to take on one of their unwanted contracts.

3.) 16 Mar 2018 16:37:43
This trade also assumes Nurkic walks. I wouldn’t give up Nurkic, Collins, swanigan, and picks for gasol (who seems like he’s fading) .

I’d rather just move picks and swanigan to dump Turner (if they need, it would more likely be Leonard they’d try to dump) .

Cavs offseason if lebron leaves
Buy some 2nds
4-micheal porter jr
33-Mitchell Robinson
39-deanthony Melton
58-josh Okogie

Free agency

Lebron leaves to philly s&t Jaryd Bayless,2020 2nd

Sign aurtuas gudatis 3yr 9mil

Sign nearns Noel

Trade Tristan Thompson and 2nds to Atlanta for 2023 2nd

Trade jr smith to Minnesota for Justin Patton,Cole aldrich

Trade George hill to New Orleans for frank Jackson,Cheick Diallo,

Rodney Hood goes to Indiana 4yr 63mil

Sign jontay porter 2yr 2mil

Sign Luke Babbitt 1yr 3mil

1.) 16 Mar 2018 21:49:20
The Philly trade wouldn't work for the Cavs. Buying second is a lot cheaper than Bayless's contract and it would be worse for the Cavs because it would keep them in the luxury.
I don't see them getting off Tristan that easily or Jr unless someone is giving up longer term salary in return.

2.) 16 Mar 2018 22:34:28
NOP can't afford G. Hill, and that particular trade is too far apart in salary for league approval.

15 Mar 2018 20:29:33
Western conference predictions

2-Golden state

1.) 15 Mar 2018 22:35:09
DEN is looking less, and less likely. That LAL loss was not helpful.

2.) 16 Mar 2018 18:05:04
Yeah I agree with Jorga, I think Denver will be no higher than 7.

06 Mar 2018 21:07:50
My top 5 young players that will break out next year

Emanuel Mudiay

Marquese Chriss

Dragan Bender

Jamal Murray

Jonathan Isaac

1.) 07 Mar 2018 10:13:15
Can't see Mudiay ever being on the better end of starting pgs and we may be just defining breakout seasons different ( I think more being fairly irrelevant to a starting caliber player), but he's a really good player already. As much as I hate to say it because of Lavar, I think Lonzo makes a big jump. I think he adds scoring and shooting to his game next year. Also, seeing Cedi Osman play, he could be pretty good next year. He has the potential to be Batum with better defense in the near future. If he can improve his athleticism some what, solidify his shot, gain more trust to handle the ball, and solidify his 3, he's going to be an impact player soon.

2.) 07 Mar 2018 12:52:41
Ball and Ingram are going to be good next year.
And i hope Monk and Bender improve a lot.

3.) 07 Mar 2018 19:49:06
But Murray is already a really good player*.

4.) 08 Mar 2018 17:37:33
Did you just say that you see this guy breaking out if he becomes an athlete learns to shoot and learns to handle the ball?

So he needs to learn basketball as a whole? Cool

I second that for every single player in the league.

5.) 08 Mar 2018 18:52:33
Hamburger, I say that because he's shot 40 percent from 3, but a bulk of his 3s have come from the corner and he seems hesitant to shoot from the top the arc. He's a solid athlete, but not an above average athlete and he looks like a guy who still has some baby fat and could work on his body. He can handle the ball a little and did it well in the European championships playing amongst a point forward type position. Plus he has shown flashes of being a great ball handler, but at other times gets a little loose with it or being hesitant. In general he's been hesitant at times and has looked timid. Of course if any one has a great handle, shot and is a great athlete, they will be better at basket ball, but there are reasons to think Osman can actually do it and he's played pretty well as of late.

6.) 09 Mar 2018 01:02:29
Chriss, Murray, Mudiay. Murray is amazing now, and Mudiay, and Chriss need reps to polish up. Isaac is already fantastic defensively, but horrible on offense, pretty raw, reverse that for Bender, great shooter, could improve a bit more consistently, lousy defender.
